1. Use of This Site

This website is provided for general informational purposes only by 6one FZE trading as AB Still ("AB Still" or the "Firm"). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use.

The content on this site does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such.

2. No Lawyer–Client Relationship

Accessing this site, reviewing its content, or contacting AB Still through this site does not create a lawyer–client relationship.

A lawyer–client relationship is formed only through a separate written engagement agreement.

3. No Reliance

While reasonable care is taken in preparing the content of this site, no representation or warranty is made as to its completeness, accuracy, or currency. Use of the site and reliance on its content is at your own risk.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this site is owned by or licensed to 6one FZE trading as AB Still and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

5. Legal Practice Coverage

We are licensed as a general and legal consultancy in the Sharjah Publishing City Freezone in the UAE. Where mandates require us to advise on ADGM, DIFC, and UAE mainland law, we do so in and from the UAE. Where mandates require us to advise on Singapore law or the laws of Australia or India, we do so on the basis that we are admitted to the roll of legal practitioners in these jurisdictions, that we are entitled to hold, and at present do not hold active practising certificates granting rights of audience before the courts of these jurisdictions.

We are not licensed in and do not purport to offer services in or from the ADGM or DIFC.

The Firm presently does not carry professional indemnity coverage.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The use of this site and any relations arising as a consequence of this site or its use are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) without reference to its choice of law rules. Any disputes arising due to or relating to this site shall be resolved:

first by mutual negotiation between the parties. In the event mutual negotiation fails to resolve a dispute within thirty (30) days of the parties first meeting to resolve a dispute by mutual negotiation, then

second: by mediation in accordance with the Abu Dhabi International Mediation Centre's Mediation Rules (2026) (as such rules may be updated from time to time including any successor set of rules to such rules). In the event mediation fails to resolve a dispute within thirty (30) days of the parties first meeting in mediation to resolve the dispute, then

third: the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre's Arbitration Rules (2024) (as such rules may be updated from time to time including any successor set of rules to such rules) (the "Arbitration Rules"). The arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the Arbitration Rules. The seat shall be ADGM. The language of the arbitration and any award shall be English.
